This Privacy Policy explains how the College of Arabic and Islamic Studies (hereafter “CAIS”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us, apply for a programme or study with us. Retention

We keep application information for the admissions cycle and a reasonable period afterwards to handle enquiries, decisions and legal or administrative matters. If you enrol, we retain your student record for the periods required for educational, financial and legal purposes. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
